30-Day Return Policy
We accept return requests within 30 days after your order has been delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unused, unworn, and undamaged
- With original tags, labels, and packaging where applicable
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation
How to Start a Return

Please include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
Do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on where and how to send your item.
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our mistake.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@shopzyleno.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will review the case and offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items that have been used, worn, washed, damaged, or altered
- Products returned without original packaging where applicable
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to contact us first and return the original item if your return is approved.
Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank, credit card provider, or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days after receiving it, for any reason and without justification, subject to applicable law.
The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
